What is the calorie content of my meals?

Male portions are approximately 400 per meal, 200 per snack, female portions are approximately 300 per meal, 150 per snack.

How do I return my empty cooler bags?

Leave your empty cooler bag and the ice packs in the same location that your deliveries occur, your driver will remove the empty bag and replace it with the next days meal delivery.

What if I live in a secure building?

Many of our clients either give us permission, a key, or the security code to enter the building or property, this way your driver can leave the meals right at your doorstep.

How often do I eat?

As outlined in your Integration Book, you should be eating every 3-4 hours.

If I'm still hungry, what can I snack on?

We can make adjustments to your program if needed, by adding additional meals/snacks. Many of our clients find, after a few days of adjustment, that the feeling of hunger will go away.

What time can I expect my deliveries?

We guarantee delivery by 6am each day, but specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

What happens when its time to renew?

BFL maintains an Auto-Renew program. To avoid an interruption in service, if we receive menus from our clients going into a new cycle, the program is renewed at the same cycle commitment and rate.

What if I don't like a meal, what can I substitute?

Please contact your BFL Consultant for available substitutions.

What beverages can I have?

It is very important to drink 8-10 8 ounce glasses of water per day, though you can have the occasional diet soft drink or decaf ice tea with artificial sweetener (think moderation).

Can I have coffee?

Yes, but no more than a cup per day, if sweetened use artificial sweetener and skim milk.

How do I request days off?

We need two (2) business days advance notice to change delivery plans. You can do this by calling or emailing your BFL Consultant, by contacting BFL’s customer service department at 866-225-4543, extension 300, or by emailing customerservice@balanceforlife.com

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes we do, please contact your BFL Consultant for menu options.

How much weight can I expect to lose!

This is going to vary depending on many factors. Your level of commitment will have a lot to do with this. Someone exercising regularly, in combination with our program, is probably going to see better results than the person who is committed to changing their eating habits, but remains sedentary.
